Terms and Conditions
Welcome to The Laundry. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Customers are requested to examine garments at the time of delivery.
- We are not responsible for the fastness/running of color/shrinkage/damage to embellishments/embroidery work on the garments during the process.
- All deliveries will be made within 24 working hours for laundry, dry cleaning, and ironing.
- Express delivery of garments will be charged 100% extra with same-day delivery.
- 10% extra for special treatment. (Starch, Stain removal, etc.).
- The Laundry disclaims responsibility for items that remain unclaimed for more than 30 days. Following this timeframe, any discounts applied to the order at the time of collection will be revoked.
- We are cautious in processing your garments however in case of any loss or damage to your garment while processing, The Laundry will be responsible to pay a sum not exceeding five times the cleaning value of affected garments.
- All above rates are not inclusive of taxes. 18% GST is applicable.
